PUBLIC SUMMER SIESTA TRUFFLE HUNT AND PIZZA

Our farm grows both summer and winter black truffles, allowing us to harvest fresh truffles across much of the year.

Join our truffle dogs in the plantation for our signature truffle hunting experience, searching for mature summer black truffles. Each hunt is different and shaped by nature. Where possible, we aim to offer at least one guest from each booking party the opportunity to dig for a truffle located by our dogs; however, this cannot be guaranteed.

After the hunt, enjoy our signature fresh truffle pizza topped with freshly shaved truffle, a tasting of our gourmet truffle products and your choice of a glass of Tasmanian wine, beer or non-alcoholic beverage.

During this approximately 2-hour experience, relax on a picnic rug amongst the truffle trees or under cover in our open tour shed and enjoy a Tasmanian summer afternoon on the farm.

Please note:

The Truffle Farm is an active working farm. Our team includes several tour guides, truffle dogs and handlers. Team members are allocated according to farm operations and availability, so a particular guide, dog or handler cannot be guaranteed for any tour.

All scheduled tours are offered in good faith with the expectation they will proceed as planned. Occasionally, tour dates or times may need to change due to unforeseen operational requirements.
